She cried in pain and tried to kick him. "Leave me alone!"

"You'll die if I leave you alone! Hold still!" He yelled, covering the gash in tiger balm and wrapping his jacket around it.

"Not like youll actually care if I did!" she landed a kick on his knee.

"I do care!" he yelled. "Do you know how many times I could of left you for dead, but didn't?! Do you know how many opportunities I had to kill you, but didn't?!"

"No you dont!" she threw her last knife at him but missed having it hi a wall and land on the ground.

"I do!" He yelled, looking her straight in the eyes with tears. "I do, and it kills me knowing that you might die in the games."

She looked away for him. He had to have been lying.

"Evan.........." he whispered. "I'm sorry. For everything. Really."

"No youre not...."

"I am. I really am." he whispered as tears streamed down his face.

She glanced back at him. shed never really seen him cry before.

"Evan......" he said softly, pushing her hair away from her face.

She blushed lightly. "What?"

"I love you." he whispered.

She blushed deeply, almost as red as her hair. "W-What?W-why?"
