Nope. I don't worship her and it's not on my agenda to do so in my lifetime. I know a bunch of people who think worshipping that... thing is for hypocrites.
Not saying I agree with that but I dunno. -
Could you explain who "Mother Death" is? I don't know if you're talking about the Hindu Goddess Kali, or if you're talking about Lilith, or someone else.

I have never heard of Mother Death. I guess she's a Goddess of Death or a mother who kill sons. (Is it?). Althought if I knew I wouldn't have worship her. (No ffence for those who worship)

So, it's kind of a spanish thingy.
I have a friend that says her and her mom worship "la santa muerte" o.O which she translated to "mother death."
Pretty much, you know how normally you would be like, "hail marry x insert the rest here x "
They're pretty much "dearest mother death, x insert next three verses here X
She's the Mexican goddess of death/ the dead, so yee, chu right. Although, my friend is white so clearly she's not limited to just Mexico.
Pretty much pray to her for a better after life / cure diseases.
Found it interesting because my friend's dad has been sick and he's getting better with the prayers since none of the medicine worked... so it made me wonder. O.o does she really work..?
You can find some of the candles with her picture at Costco and walmart I think.
They're black and have a clear sticker on them.
