If you were able to control the element of electricity, and your skin was a rubbery material so you couldn't get electrified yourself, what would your weakness be?
Unless I'm mistaken and you can't harness electricity with a rubbery material for skin. -
Rubber is an insulator. Electricity would be blocked by you.
And if your skin was rubber, the freezing, heating, rapid movement, stretching, and salt water would all be your weaknesses. -

What kind of rapid movement? Running? Climbing? -
It depends on the type of rubber, if it had to substitute skin, then I wouldn't suggest spinning.
