So I guess this is where I'll put out my opinions, rants, etc
And if you want me to rant about something in paticular then please tell me -
Opinion one: If someone spredas rumors about you or talks behind your back and it really upsets you think about this.
That person is so small-minded and bored with their life that they have to go out and make you feel sad or angry to find some joy or happiness in their life and they are so horrible and disgausting that they find pleasure in your grief and the more upset and the more you let them take advantage of you, the worse its going to get.
So all I can say is have a loud argument where you can express how pissed of you are at this person, use a biit of cussing if they won't resplve this calmly nad if you have to you can even scream out how disgausting and foul they are
for finding pleasure in your grief.
Yes they say you should always resolve things calmly...but that can be hard when you are so angry, so I guess it might help to raise your voice or shout a little(bad advice xD) but Hey! It'll get your anger out -
