I hate it when people use their neurodivergence to act out like, bro, me too, but do you see me doing that? I understand that some people can't help it, but I think you can stop yourself from getting in someone's face when they repeatedly tell you to stop, and you laugh about it. You can't blame everything on your adhd.

One of my friends broke down today, and I almost did with her. I think I need to cry. It felt nice, though, literally being her shoulder to cry on. Made me feel needed. And like a good person.
