Today we got out early so here I am

At recess I was holding my sketchbook and thinking of what to draw. Then I realized "dang bro my eyes are so dry" (idk why) so I rubbed my eyes. Then when I removed my hands, some boy was standing in front of me, and facing me, and he looked like he wanted to talk to me.

Then he said "hi" and I was like "um hi" (after I had flinched of shock of course)
He asked what I was doing (or maybe he asked what I was drawing. If so, that makes my answer make 0 sense 😭). I thought for a second and then said "thinking" but I said it as a question lol -
Then he asked if I were ok. So I said yes.
Then he asked what I was doing (or drawing?? Couldn't hear 😭) again bc he said he didn't hear my answer before (good 😭).
I said "I don't know yet" which was true. He must have figured I was keeping it a secret so he said "you don't have to tell me if you don't want to." Then he randomly left
The whole interaction had me confused but that's not uncommon for me -
