Eggs, everyone changes. You can’t stay the same person forever, and that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Your good traits still exist, and people still love you.
While you aren’t the exact same person that you were before, you shouldn’t see it as a bad thing.
It’s just like your taste in music. If you used to like rock, and now like pop, is that alright? Totally! You change depending on your environment, and that is only a bad thing if you feel like it negatively impacts you.

I can't even make my own food most of the time. I'm a worthless, friendless, loser. I understand why they leave me alone in any old place at school events. There's nothing I contribute to the group. I say something once in a blue moon, but they've already got the quiet friend. I have no place with them. All I can do is make them feel bad when they inevitably forget I exist. All I've got are my online friends, and they'll eventually move on from me. When they get their lives together they won't have time to deal with me.
