I thought Synesthesia is were you can eat or swallow, then digest music.
Synesthesia is the combination of the senses. There are many types of synesthesia, but I've never heard of being able to eat music! One type that seems to be the one you're thinking of is being able to taste music.
I don't know if I actually have it but yes, I see colors in letters and numbers:
Since you are able to identify the color for each letter exactly, then you probably do!
Is that a good thing...?
I think so, because synesthesia is really cool.
Yeah, It only happens if you take drugs or etc.
You could eat music if you have Synesthesia.
No, it doesn't only happen if you do drugs. Many people are born with extra neural connections in their brains, which allows for the combination of senses.
I don't do drugs so...
Cool. What are the symptoms of Synesthesia?
Basically, it is just the mixing up of sensations such as color, sight, touch, taste, etc. For example, when one would hear a bell, they would smell toast, or something like that. Synesthesia varies widely for different people, so it would be hard to list everything here. But look it up online, surprisingly, the wikipedia article is actually very informative!
Oh, I have Synesthesia.. o.o
