Basically this guy, Sakamoto, who's the best player in Japan at the online game, BTOOOM. He wakes up on this tropical island and he's like "DA HEEELLLL GURRRLLL?" So he looks for other people and everyone's throwing bombs at each other at all this crap and it's exactly like the game except without armor and, ya know, in real life.
The only thing I don't like are all the almost-rape scenes. e.e -
