Okay so I need to teach this girl how to do a back handspring. How do you do one?

Tell her to sit down like she's sitting in a chair with her arms in front of her. Then have her push off backwards and tell her to not jump straight up. And put your arms in the middle of he'd back and under her legs to help her flip over.

Okay thank you. It's because this stupid family tradition says she has to do a dance with flips and tricks and she is having a hard time.

Can she even do a back walk-over? If she has never done that, and she tries it, she'll quickly learn that it's not as easy as she thinks.
