I mean the something wrong because of this:
The past about month it feels like someone stabs me all the way through with a sword, especially at my heart. The last few days I've been seeing light scars appear. Last night when I was laying in my bed it felt like someone touched my sould and I almost jumped out of bed. -
That, I can't saythat you're imagining it because that same thing happened to me when I was 6.

Well it's happening now. But it's like, one moment a dark scar, then a light, then it's gone and the other way around.

Yeah. I got that too. It should eventually go away.

I was getting worried about it. When it feels like someone stabs me, it feels like it's real happening.
