Oh, they are older users who link their quizzes onto their new profiles, or allow other people to do so. And I dont really know.

Zelda got it, the newbies with profile pictures are either older users that linked their old quizzes on that account, or people with friends that let them link their quizzes. xP There could be a third reason but I'm not aware of it.
