I remembered about school, I had to get there or I would be late -
I heard a bell in the distance"Darn it, another detention."

My eyes widened, I was going to get in trouble, I ran off towards school

I was relived when he let go. Thank god today was my first late. I grabbed my guitar and ran fast all the way to school. -

I spread my wings and flew off toards school.

I grabbed a late pass in the front office, and gave a doctor's note. I HAD had a doctors appointment that morning. So I wouldn't be marked tardy.

I entered school and quickly got ready to go to class, and then went in the room -

I went to music class, where they were singing. The music teacher looked at me.
"Ah, Daniel. SO nice of you to show up!" He sarcastically clapped his hands. "Why don't you perform for us. You seem prepared!" He gestured to my guitar
