Terri is right, I know you can't sleep when your sick but just try and lie down or something. Resting might help you.
Um...let me think, my dad's a doctor so I know a few things about people being sick. If you have a headache, sleep. If your stomach is sore get someone to rub it. Um...what else do I know.....? -
