Does pizza shrink?

Thread Topic: Does pizza shrink?

  Last weekend we had a pizza for dinner. There were a few pieces left over so we kept them. The next day i went to eat one and i swear it had shrunk! Am i seeing things or is shrinking pizza real?

  it might shrink just a little but i think you are seeing things.

  Um... I don't keep pizza with me because I usually finish it in one go, but uh, I guess it's possible because bacteria eats it I guess, but wouldn't it be safe because it's in the fridge? Oh, I don't know.

  yes. it would. but the cheese gets tighter because its cold... so it shrinks like so small that it cant be measured... i think...

  its cuz when pizza gets cold the cheese isnt melted anymore and it seems like it shrunk but if you heat it p again it should me bak to normal

  So its the cheese what shrinks, but i wonder if the rest of it shrinks. Like i said ill measure the next pizza i get :P
