I watched her fly away, completely amazed. I hope to come across her soon

I was sure to get away as soon as possible.

I started walking back to the car, they'll ask about the draki

I landed by a lake, took a drink, and went to sleep.

"Where's the draki?"
"Um..it er..escaped?"
"ESCAPED!?"
"Heh..yeah" -
When my little nap was over, I woke up and practiced flying.

"Well go find her!"
"She...erm...flew away"
"I don't care just GO" -
I'd been flying since the day I hatched, but that didn't mean I was perfect. There were still air currents to master, positions to be learned. And I took this in stride.

"How am I supposed to find a flying draki?"
"Shoot at her!"
"I don't kil!"
"Your a hunter its your job!" -
I set myself for another current, flapping my wings a few times. I soared into the sky, above the earth. Everything looked so tiny, so insignificant.

"I can't kill her!"
"WHY NOT?"
"Cause she's beautiful"
"THEN I'LL KILL IT" -
I felt happy, free. It was just me, and the sky. No clouds, and a bird wouldn't dare fly next to me. I looked down at the cars and the people. None of them saw me. I transformed to my human form in midair, and allowed myself to fall a hundred yards or so. Then I turned back into a dragon, swooping down and flying up into the sky.

The man ran to a car grabbing a gun, my eyes widened. I must save her, but where is she?

I shrieked happily, spinning through the air. Last trick for today... I flew as high up as I could, and glided for a little while, getting closer to home. Then I tucked in my wings, divebombing toward the trees. I could feel the wind rushing past me.
