SilverBlueMoon NoviceToday in biology, we had to dissect a rat.
I started hyperventilating as soon as the teacher plunked ours on the table, and I had to run out of the classroom three times to avoid being sick.
By the end of class, I was so pale that my lips were almost white, and the shadows on my eyes looked like huge bruises. I couldn't feel my legs, my fingers, anything. And there was a strange buzzing in my head, and I was too dizzy to stand up.
One of my classmates thought I was actually dying!
But if a rat made me feel this way, imagine me learning to perform open-heart surgery or something like that. -
Sure, you can go to medical school.
Just focus on pharmaceuticals instead of surgery. -
Exactly why my friend always has me as her biology lab partner.
she's the better note taker, and I'm not squeamish.
I did the same eyeball dissection 5 times because three groups chickened out and had me cut it open for them.
and the other two was because I really wanted to do the dissection again by myself.
I'd make a good mortician. :3
