to keep my heart really healthy -_- ....but im just doing it cause i keep having pain around my heart and im always worried about my health now ever since the summer with all the pains and then the doctor said nothing was wrong at all I was just dehydrated so its hard not to be a hypocondriact or whatever it is lol

Oh, Yeah dehydration is common i got that it sucked.

Yeah and im still dehydrates but all the pains are gone that I had over the summer so im not worried anymore but i dont get how you could have that much pain with dehydration!
