I will separate Pokmon from people, so Pokmon can regain their original power.

As long as Pokmon are confined in Pok Balls... Pokmon will never become perfect beings. I have to change the world for Pokmon, because they're my friends.
But those ignorant trainer's won't stay out of my way.. I respect they have a dream, but their dream contradicts my beliefs. I'm so conflicted.. -

How would killing me solve anything? I need to fulfill this dream. I'll become the strongest, and force the other trainers to release their pokemon.

umm well isnt it trainer and pokemon together as in the pokemon agrees to be the human's partner

Pokemon have no option in it. If a pokeball is thrown and the pokemon is weak, they have no choice.
How is injuring the poor creature then forcing it into confinement agreement? -
