I smiled at him, "Thank you sir, that is very kind of you but could you explain what a couch is? We did not have those in my time"

"um, it's kinda like a bed, but much smaller." I said.

"yes, but longer," I said.

"Oh thats nice...how many days shall we travel to your home?"

"Not long. About an hour," I said getting up. I stuck my hand out to help her up too.

My eyes widened, "Really? How do you travel at such speed?"

"it's just not very far away," I said. "does it usually take you significantly longer?"
