Would it seem like an insult if i call everyone child? Even people older than me? Because i do that now I say it to people I'm close to like friends and family(even my mom) when i say child to someone I mean you are full of energy, young, and a great person. But still is it wrong?

It depends who you say it to, so people may take it the wrong way thinking your calling then immature.
