How is that possible? I have alternative letters, lots of numbers and a VERY long password. My password is personal, no one could guess it! I don't even have a password hint!!

I don't know how the hacker did it but its true. I think it has something to do with the central computer system, software, firewalls and user databases. (I'm a techno geek) if the hacker hacked any of these, full user control and possibly full user take over for a small time
