I know. I'm just saying.
-
If you haven't heard the story of the gingerbread man, and you're American, that's sad.
-
I don't see why any of you would be proud to be America at this point, so I find it far less than sad. :I I find it more of "I'm not going to be like them. I'll know my own damn stories."
-
**American
-
Not really. Maybe I did hear it but don't remember. :3 Eh, oh well.
-
I never said I was proud to be American. How many fucking times have I clearly stated that I would rather be something else? -.-
I'm just saying that proves that America has truly become trash if kids don't even know the gingerbread man anymore. -
I've only heard it once.....
-
I've heard of the gingerbread man, but not the in depth story. I preferred Little Red Riding Hood and such more though. ^^
-
I used to read it 24/7. I swear we had a book somewhere...
-
I like the tale of desperaux. Not really "classic" though......
-
You didn't get what I said either, nor did you get the main point. So basically shove that up the ass too. -.- Because people don't take time to actually get the main point.
-
Yeah I did. "I'm not going to be like them. I'll know my own stories" that what you mean? That's wonderful to say, but I don't see how that relates to American pride and you're not going to explain it anyway.
-
I grew up with a lot of German stories my mom knew from her mother. x3
-
Pretty sure gingerbread is from Europe. e_e
-
Oh well. So I didn't know it. :3
