He went on a church trip, and now that he's back, all he can talk about is how religious and happy he feels. He even invited me to partake in next year's joy! Are you fucking kidding me? That would be HELL. I wouldn't go to save my life. I kind of made a point of showing that I was uncomfortable with the topic of it, but he just started talking about it more and more. I yelled at him because of it, and because he's an oblivious dimwit he won't have a fucking clue what I meant. If I explain it to him, he and the other overly religious people (AKA nearly everyone around me) will spazz out and hate me.

I don't wanna piss them off with my disagreeing with their beliefs, but I hate how much pressure he's putting on me.
My mom did the same earlier. "Join youth group with Garrett, Emily! It'll be fun!" No, sorry, can't. I'm not Garrett. I'm not even Christian. e.e -
You just have to keep trying, Selena. I know how hard it is to be raised in a Christian family, but never lose the basis of family and friends to the concept of religion.
