"Yes,I am. And you must be Mrs. Zott."Clarice said, with a fake smile.

She nodded. "Riley's sitting in the kitchen, I've already gone over with him what's happening tonight." Mr. Zott came into the entry and smiled at Clarice.
"THank you for watching our son tonight." -

"Your welcome, sir."Clarice said.

The happy couple left for their anniversary dinner. Riley still sat in the kitchen.

She walked into the kitchen. "Okay kid, what do you want for dinner?"

He stared up at the baby sitter, not saying anything.

"Okay then,"she said, not hearing an answer,"Pizza it is."
She picked up the phone and ordered Riley and herself a cheese pizza. -
He frowned. Ew.

"You don't like pizza, do you?"

Once again, there was no answer. He looked out the window.

"Sweet, he's giving me the silent treatment." she thought.

He stood up, walking toward the sliding glass door.

Knowing that he wouldn't tell her, Clarice prepared to follow the child wherever he wanted to go.
