YAYZ! Okie, here's plot:
A young man moves into a old, haunted mansion, not knowing its haunted. A few days after he moves in, he starts to see a young woman about his age start appearing in his house. They have conversations, they get to know each other, and they fall in love. But soon after they fall in love, the young man finds out the woman is a ghost from the 30's who was murdered by an angry mad man.

The night was cold, so cold that when he spoke or exhaled, a gray mist would appear and his mouth would feel almost freezing cold. He carried bags in his hands, specifically bags full of clothing and possessions. He had just rented a new house, one that strangely no one wanted. -
Annabeth sat on the bed calmly and quietly, her delicate little body lightly making a crease in the bedding. She sang quietly and sweetly to herself, an old song she used to sing to the butcher across the street while he processed her meat.

Once at the door, he fumbled in his pocket for the keys. He set down his bags and kept searching for a while until he pulled it out. The door was then unlocked and he stepped in with his bags.

Annabeth jumped as she heard the door open. She quickly disappeared into the closet, frightened by the sudden noise.
