"Ah," he nodded. "Well, I hope you managed to find him. And no, thankfully I'm not the police." He chuckled lightly.

Annabeth also chuckled. "Thank god. I'm Annabeth. You seem new here." Suddenly, a black and white cat with white eyes stepped out of the closet, looking at Annabeth. "There you are!" she said, scooping up the kitty and cradling it.

"What a cute cat," he said, though usually he didn't enjoy cats that much. "Anyway, it's good to meet you Annabeth. I'm Luciano."

Annabeth smiled. "Why thank you." She stroked the cat's fur. "Beautiful name. It's nice to meet you."

"Thank you." He thought for a moment, then continued his questions. "What can a lovely lady be doing all alone here?"

Annabeth blushed, and nodded. "Well, I don't really have anything, to be honest."

"Really? Well I just recently rented the house, and if you'd like to stick around I don't mind. You wouldn't seem to cause me any problems," he smiled.

Annabeth returned the smile. "Thank you so much... Is there anything I can give you in return?"

"You don't have to do anything. Just try not to cause dilemma for me, and it'll be fine," he answered back sweetly.

"Why thank you.. I'm so glad to finally meet a gentleman."

He laughed a little. "Well, it's good to finally meet a real lady."

Annabeth blushed, smiling. "Why thank you."

"You're most welcome," he grinned.

Annabeth scratched behind Oreo's ear gently, causing the midnight black and snow white colored cat to purr.

"How cute," he muttered softly.
