At my friends house we watched a zombie horror movie, and now when ever I hear a sudden or unfamiliar noise I immediatly assume It's a zombie or anything closly related. Anyone know any methods to get rid of my paranoia.

Its so hard, I almost asked my mom to snuggle whilst going into junior high. I'll report back if I'm paranoid like that again.
