Well, I tried to log out of my account on the laptop, because it wasn't responding, and all it's doing is it has that little loading circle and it says logging off. And it won't respond to anything.

i know few ways:first is to puss the botton that turns on and off the laptop and hold it untill it turned off and then you could turn it on again and then you could try again!
