Oh no, Daisy and Hailey don't have a date for prom! Can you help them? Fill out this simple form for a chance for your character to be in the series and go to the prom with these lovely ladies!

NAME: Jake Sean Andrews
AGE: 17
HAIR: shaggy brown hair that goes down to the bottom of his ears in the back, and kinda short in the front. His hair is always in his face.
EYES: narrow, but not too slim, brown eyes :)
EXTRA: Jake is from the Uk and has a smooth accent. He says "love" a lot. Jake is very polite. He lives with him mom and his twin sister, Angelic. Jake dosent get jealous easilly. He loves to joke around. -

Extra: Lives with mom and dad and little bro named Levi, baby sister named Aleshia on the way, mom dies giving birth to her. He's obsessed with the color blue (this was all based off me, besides my mom dieing lol i just wanted to put something WOW in the story...) -
