As much as I commend your tremendous efforts, psychologically willing the bar to move will only result in further frustration, what with the issue that the human mind does not have the ability to influence what is around it with just a mere thought. Now, if you were to take action to help the matter, you might get better results.

It's not that difficult to comprehend. I think I was pretty straight forward. But, seeing as you are requesting it, I'll simplify it.
Just willing something to happen won't do anything. It will result in more frustration and anger because we don't possess telekinesis or any other 'higher power' to carry out actions by just thinking about them. If you were going to do something to make the bar move, you'd get better results. -

As you level up, the process by which you reach the next level in the order becomes progressively more difficult. I wouldn't worry too much about it. A status online shouldn't be the main focus of your issues.
