Okay, so I'm having a violin lesson with my orchestra teacher who I've had for two years now. This will be a private lesson so it's just me and her, and it's only half an hour long. But I feel like it's going to be really awkward because I'll probably be so nervous that I keep messing up and I don't know how she'll critique me... UGH anxiety. help?

I don't know if eating a bagel will help me, but thinking about someone or I'm somewhere else will help a lot. ^.^ Thanks guys
