I thought I heard a sound and I looked around.

He continued sleeping.

Gracely put it to the back of her mind. It wasn't a current threat, so it didn't bother her.

He fell out of the tree. "Ow..."

She heard a very thud thump and looked over to where the sound came from. She got off Blue and told him to be quiet. She walked toward where the noise came from.

"Ugh..." He sat up, rubbing his head.

She hid behind a tree and saw a young man on the ground. She was immediately suspicious of him, because of his green hair. Her eyes narrowed and she watched him.

He stood up. "Damn tree..."

She decided she had nothing to fear, since she had been able to kill a man at age four. She stepped out from behind the tree. "Who are you, green-haired boy?"

He shrugged. "Of all the times I've been out here, I've never been questioned bya blonde-haired girl, let aline any girl. So, why?

"Because, I asked you and I am capable of much more than you think. Tell me now who you are, weird man."

"Weird? You're not very nice. And you're demanding. Anyway, Griffin Halts. You?"

I searched my memory. "I do not recognize your name, green-haired boy. What is your business in these woods?"

"Taking a break from the real world. Why are you so serious?" He rolled his eyes.
