Well, I was thinking of an idea loosely based on what is now my favorite book and movie, Stephen King's IT. The characters all have younger siblings who go missing without a trace and are found dead days later. Their souls are enslaved by a supernatural shape-shifting being and to free their sibling's souls, they must defeat the monster. But that, itself is difficult, seeing as the creature can see into their darkest nightmares and make them reality.
