A mermaid is caught in fishing nets, hopelessly tangled, and when a young fisher pulls the nets up, she is hanging in the air. Luckily, the boy is a teenager, just like her. He frees her, but starts to come back to see her. They slowly begin to fall in love, as during each visit the boy answers the girl's questions, and the girl answers the boy's. but the mermaids parents are very mad at her for showing herself to a human, and the boy's parents are getting supsicious about the boy being gone for extensive hours of the day, when he is supposed to be working. There could be some mixing in like the girl being captured and the boy having to save her.
I kind of want to be the girl, if it's okay. -
