It was being dragged around on a rope by an old lady who seemed nice, but I know was just pretending. I ran over and I took the puppy and I ran all the way back home. I gave it a bath and I took off the ring around his neck and through it in the river in case there was a tracking device in it. It's so cute and fluffy, too!
