  @Ana Lucky! Then again, if I were home schooled I wouldn't have met my (extremely few) awesome friends! We're the only intelligent beings in the school, unfortunately.

  My dad retired military, so all my good friends are all over the country because we moved a lot. It's difficult for me to make long lasting friendships...

  @Ana I understand. My dad used to be in the military too, but he retired before I was even born. People are just such idiots I can't stand to be around most for long.

  Yup. Well, I'm really blessed though. I have a good relationship with my parents so it makes a lot of things easier.
  
  I just...have a hard time trusting people. If I'm shown kindness and respect, I give it back twofold. But I'm sick of wasting my time with most people.

  My parents and I don't get along well, but we're still closer than most families.
  
  I do that too! Sometimes I sit there at night and wonder if everyone's just playing with my emotions and if I'm actually living in some fanasty world that's part of a huge prank.

  I know right? It sucks when you give your heart and hope genuinely just to have someone push it away, destroy it, or take it. It makes it harder for me to keep wanting to be so friendly to people. xP

  It's hard to find genuine people nowadays. It's like everyone is trying to be some fake skank from Jersey Shore or Real Housewives of whatever. Can't they just be themselves, or do they need to be taught that?
