She's a girl with a power- Seneca Liam
Her dad was killed in a "mining accident"
Her friend Ryder Solomon takes care of her
A girl shows up along off of one of the delivery boats and lives with Ryder's family
Seneca notices the girl acting strange and finally the girl and Ryder tell her that her dad created them with "mutant powers"
He says they are gathering
Seneca doesn't know why, because she finds one of her dads journals saying that if they must stay apart and that the government isn't to be trusted
Five more of them arrive, and Ryder says that he knows a place in the mines where he can give them shelter and they can train together
Seneca asks train for what, but Ryder won't tell her
As they're settling in, 15 mens storm their bunks
They're from the government and they're there to kill the people who her dad created to kill them because the government is trying to reduce the population in inhumane ways
Ryder goes to stand with them, and tells them the real reason why they brought them here
Seneca finds her power then, and grabs another journal out of Ryder's hands as he explains that it was another one of her dads and thats how they found his experiments
Seneca transports them (power is transportation, like time travel and being able to move across distances just by thinking about them) to a safe place and reads her dad's journal and finds out why he wanted to create them
It was because of the government called....? and they were killing humans in disgusting ways because of the 7 billion people capacity
