For a soap that goes.kinda like this.

Kendall (secret killer)
Plot :
Victoria walks home from school and has to stop by her friends house. She smells something funny and goes to the back. Her friend Selena is gutted and hung. She screams and all her friends live near the same area. The police arive and claims they have everything under control but they don't. So the group takes matters in their own hands and find out the killer is among them. The only time they get distracted is when the romance starts happening.
