Well, it's romance.

Plot:
There's a girl who is in love with this boy, right? But the boy is going out with her best friend. The girl is really hyper all of the time, tries to make him want her by wearing really slutty clothes, and all that. The boy does have feelings for her, but his girlfriend is, like, really powerful and can ruin his life.

I'd be the girl, though.
