Every time I try to please
It winds up in hate and neglect
Everyonee critizes
Puts me down
I try to hold my head high
but is comes crashing down
I wonder
if I am cared for
I guess not
I try to fit in
all I get is
a lower self asteam
I wonder
if you all
have finally broken me
after all i tried
no one cares
I am not a ball
so dont kick me around
or I might
come back around
I try to be myself
but it as thought as
neglect
everyone I know
I try to be nice
but people break me
and I hateit
so as much as I try
I may never
be able
to please your high standards
or potential
I am only me
what else can you ask for? -
