When I was very young, there were many words flying about over my head at all times. Love, joy, fulfilled, hopes, dreams. Soft words that each seemed to light everyone's faces. Each used in avid statements that soared just out of the reach of my comprehension. I simply listened, contented by the musical voices singing all these lovely words, until they all built up into a serene hum of the warmest of welcomes. Each time I saw a new face from my family, there would be new words, new blessings, new voices wishing me the happiest life I could have. This was, surely, the sweetest way to begin a life. Or at least the memory of one. I always felt so loved, and so warm. I came to return this love to all of them, so grateful. But this warmth was stopped cold as a new word found it's way to my ears, settling in my mind not only as a word I didn't understand, but as one that would haunt me: Curse. Where was it my mother had said we were going? To visit the family's elder? Yes, that was it. This word was new to me as well, but it brought with it a sort of dread, as the smiles vanished from the faces of my beloved family. The dead silence that followed that word was agonizing, and left me hungry for any sound to occupy it, to save me from drowning in the quiet. That hunger was soon answered, but by the most depressing sound of hushed voices arguing something, and a less hushed voice, a harsh rasping voice, yelling out more words I didn't understand. My mother, standing over me, choked on her breath. Her eyes traced the entire room, wide in a silent plea or help, before falling on me, holding me up, then letting me fall as she blinked, and a tear trickled down her face. The commotion was followed by a single set of receding footsteps. And after a long pause, those words that had seemed so sweet resumed in their lulling flow, now hollow words tumbling from paling lips.

Sulfur... Sunneh said she didn't know you could spell. But you're an amazing writer. You definitely have a way with words.
That's amazing, Sufur. I can't wait to read the rest. -
I have the rest.. if you're going to laugh, I won't give it to you. e.e
-
Did I sound like I was going to laugh?
-
Just remember that..

Trust me, it's not MLP. It's all the epicness in the world that can be poured into eight minutes of audio.
