"well, it's a little bit confusing and boring. You have to follow the rules or you might get expelled or written up..... Or something like that. Math is the biggest thing that's really hard." I said sitting up.

"Hm." I thought about it, trying to remember something, but nothing came to mind.

"do you go to school?" I asked writing something on it.

"No. I have to stay here."

"oh, it must be boring?"

"Yah, I just watch T.V. and stuff. And listen to people trying to make me talk."

"oh, why not talk to people, wouldn't everything go back to normal?" I asked.

"I don't have much to say anyway. I don't remember anything. If I did talk, they would send me off to kindergarten."

"why?" I asked.

I shrug my shoulders. "They found me alone a few weeks ago. I was knocked out, and I don't remember much from before that..."

"oh."

"Um, yah."

I look at my watch, it says 9:00 pm. I'm suppose to go home now. "Mia, I have to go... Here's my number if there is anything you need?" I said giving her the piece of paper I was writing on.

"Thanks." I wave to him when he walks out the door, and put the number next to the phone on my desk.
