  Dx That happens to me a lot... Most of the time I just take my Zyrtec or a sleeping pill.

  I haven't slept for 3 days. I used to just have issues falling asleep, but now I just keep getting nightmares and I lie awake in fear.

  I got pushed off of really high bleachers at Maynard. I stumbled and caught myself, but I think I got tramatized. I cried for half an hour and I couldn't breathe, I was shaking, I couldn't talk. Nothing. I'm not afraid of heights, falling, but hitting the ground is the scary part.
