I smiled, I thought about the way he looked at me, I couldn't keep my eyes off of the forest

I could see that she was still looking into the trees. I felt a sense of responsibility for her, I needed to protect her. I sat on a branch on the tree and leaned against the trunk.

I felt as if he was watching me, maybe he was, so I smiled and waved g'night. I lay in my bed and closed my eyes

I saw her smile and wave. I smiled and waved back, even though she couldn't see. "Goodnight, girl."

I fell asleep, my dreams were full of his purple eyes, his smirk and that curious look he had on his face

I didn't sleep. I never really needed to. I just say there and stared up at the starry sky, thinking of what she might be.

I smiled while I slept. I wonder why I can't get him out of my head...

Every possibility I knew of ran through my head. I couldn't seem to pinpoint it though.

I opened my eyes and saw sunlight peeking through my windows. I realise that I did not close my curtains last night, "Oh well" I say and shrug. I got up and looked out the window at the forest. I could faintly see him, he was sitting on a high branch and he looked wide awake. I smile

I looked at her window when she woke up. I didn't smile back. I hopped off the top branch and fell towards the ground.

I looked away from the window and walked towards my mums room...she wasn't there, "Mum!?"
