I walked deeper and deeper -

Carter kept the light lantern up. He knew the girl would come to it. In the meantime he lounged on the ground, picking at the dirt with his knife.
I kept following her. "Lara? What do you see?" -

"Light...bright light" I said, the light grew closer and brighter. I started running fast towards it.I neared it and soon found the source, I gasped, as I saw some guy with a knife, "Oh s---", there was a latern next to him -
Carter heard her gasp and looked up, a wicked smile on his face. He stood up quickly. "Well, hello there."
I burst into the small clearing behind her. I saw the guy. He looked vaguely familiar, but I couldn't place it. "Who are you?" -
I took a step backwards, I saw the redish glow in his eyes. "D-demon"

Carter chuckled at that then looked at the other guy. "I'm Carter," he said, in a friendly tone, but there was an undertone of evil in there.
I narrowed my eyes at him. He was for sure a demon. "What are you doing here?" -
I looked at the demon, fear and anger shining in my eyes. But then I felt a drawing feeling to him, must be one of his powers, I'm just going to have to fight back

Carter looked back at the girl, ignoring the guys question. "And what's your name, beautiful?" he asked in his seductive voice.

"Lar...L-lara" I said trying to resist but I couldn't, he was too strong, I almost felt like walking to him and kissing him...NO WAY AM I GOING TO DO THAT! Just fight back, fight back

I watched, pretty much powerless to the situation. I just had to hope Lara could resist.
Carter smiled. "Mhm~ What a beautiful name, for such a beautiful lady," he said, walking forward and caressing her cheek softly. -
I closed my eyes...he has such gentle hands and....SNAP OUT OF IT! I wanted to slap myself, "P-please don't do that...d-don't touch me"

"Do what?" Carter asked innocently, a finger tracing her lips.

I trembled, completely powerless at his gentle touch, "Th-that"
(how is he going to brainwash her? xD)
