(Tangerine beef and rice is actually really good. Have you ever had it?) -

I finish my food and Fanta. "So where are ur parents?" -
"I reall don't know. Sometimes they go on trips or go on strikes. They don't really tell me, because I'm always so absorbed in my books, I barely notice they're gone."

I nod. "Hm."

"Yep." I finished my food then picked up my dishes and brought them to the sink.

I walk behind her. "Thnx for everything."
(brb) -
I set my dishes in the sink. "It's the least I could do," I said, turning to face him.

"its the most anyone's ever done for me." -
"Some people are just so ignorant and cruel. I can't believe no one else ever helped you..."

"yea." i hung my head.

"I'm sorry, Will." I hug him.

"Its alright." I hug her.

I looked into his eyes. I could see the permanent sadness in his eyes and that was something I could never heal. "Let's go back to my room," I said, taking his hand in mine.

I held her hand and followed.

I crawled back up to my room then plopped down on the bed.
