  No, Prussia sometimes calls Ludwig 'East' but Ludwig is too formal and just calls Prussia 'Gilbert' or 'Prussia'.

  Prussia's the one who calls Germany West. I know this for sure, because my family was east German, meaning Prussian.

  OKAY THANK CHU ALL. I can now tell all the fanfic writers that Prussia is not West,without seeming to be a know it all.
