I walked up beside him and looked around the airport.

He looked around for a moment, then went to buy the tickets.

I looked at the flights, the next one for Japan was in two hours. Great. I thought, two hours in an airport with possible vampires ready to kill me.

He came back a little bit later with two tickets. "It's in two hours, but..."

I looked up at him. "But what?" I asked.

"We have two hours, a car, and an airport. There's obviously something we could do to make the time go by faster." He shrugged.

"Hm." I said, trying to think of something.

"As long as nobody tries to..." he stopped, trying to think of something to do.

I smiled slightly. "Tries...?"

"To kill you. Or me," he murmured.

"Tyler, what are you thinking...?" I asked him.

"That they might find us before we leave for Japan."

"Yeah, of course they could..." I said slowly. Where's he going with this?

"So, what do you think? Should we leave and come back or just hang around here?" He glanced around at the people walking through the airport. Men and women in business suits speaking quickly into a phone or Bluetooth, parents trying to hurry their children along to or from a flight, elderly couples discussing the vacations they were probably taking.

"Well, nothing really to do here, let's check around the area I guess."
