I gathered some ingredients in my hands and handed Pierre a fifty dollar bill.
He took the money into his hand then smiled at Rebekah. "Merci, thank you, thank you. I try to keep it looking nice." He nodded at me, acknowledging the abundance of things in my grasp.
"You would like a bag, yes?" he asked, humor lacing his heavily accented voice. -

      Rebekah
"No problem, Mr. Pierre." I smled back. -

After exchanging goodbyes, we left the store. I held a paper bag in my hand containing the items necessary to prepare dinner.
"He likes you," I said, smiling. "He doesn't like a lot of people." -

      Rebekah
"Awesome... not much people like me." I smiled back, skipping along the side walk. -

"I like you," I said, grinning. -

      Rebekah
"I know that." I smiled, and hugged him. I kissed him on the cheek lightly, happy. -

I hugged her back. "So do my mother, Carlisle, and Pierre. I'm sure others at school secretly admire you. They just can't get over how beautiful you are." -

      Rebekah
I blushed, my cheeks a rosy pink. "T-Thanks..." -

I nodded. "I only speak the truth, you know." -

      Rebekah
That made me blush even more. "I... Ummm... Err..." -

We reached the house. I unlocked the front door and let Rebekah enter first. I followed and closed the door behind me. I put my backpack down by the staircase and put the paper bag down on the counter in the kitchen. -

Rebekah
I smiled. "Thanks..." I ran up to my room, and laid my bag on my bed.
Carlisle
I laid on the couch boredly. -

I walked into the den, finding Carlisle on the couch. "We're making Coq au Vin for dinner," I said, standing awkwardly beside the couch.
